We must set our pace every day to get our goals…..  Then we start thinking we need to speed up!

We have to make big changes in our PACE sometimes. That is what happens, every day to some extent by self-selection or an unexpected obstacle.

To get the best out of life; why not focus on our PACE:

Patient – Slow down, resist the urge to rush and prioritise what really matters.

Act Be willing to take action again and again.

Create – Create space for ideas and collaborate with supporters.

Energy – Understand our mental, emotional and physical vitality and manage how it impacts our progress.

We have applied the tools above to manage life more mindfully than ever:

  1. Keep up energy which affects every goal, so sticking to walking, eating healthy, yoga, meditation, resting, planning commitments and time.
  2. Learn to identify the early signs of rushing and quitting on commitments to self rather than being patient
  3. Create and re-plan and collaborate with  supporters
  4. Act every day and manage PACE.
